There has been a strong demand for producing new highly selective, sensitive, responsive, and cost effective materials and technologies. Carbon nanotubes (CNTs) have shown great promise as a key material in nanoelectronics. They have many distinct properties that may be exploited to develop next generation of sensors and actuators. In the present work, we will focus our efforts in the design and synthesis of new materials based on carbon nanotube networks, the study of their electrical properties and the development of new applications.
