Hip prostheses are implanted in the most global population whose prevalence has become very appealing in the current era , and are expected to continue rising over the next decades as life expectancy increases. Thus now a public health problem of considerable magnitude , as this leads to a high vital risk in padecientes and a shocking economic cost to the health budget , which largely is used for the treatment of complications produced .Bacterial infections of prosthetic is more worst complications for the vitality of the individual and that requires more prolonged and greater number of hospital admissions. In the field of medical and engineering research, have been studied extensively biomechanical and physical properties aim to achieve an appropriate anatomical , functional and durable design capacity . However, due to disregard for clinical utility , studies have been precarious different physicochemical properties such as those relating to thermal variations .Given the above, this study could be useful in the medical field because I could help detect early, using thermodynamic variables , infection and mechanical failure of the prosthesis; and thus could be achieved and reduce morbidity and mortality of patients and lower costs for public health.
