Plan and workflow of tasks to develop a new line of low‐loss waveguides bymeans of Zn diffusion or an alternative route over the InP wafer.2. Report on the effects of Zn diffusion over the performance of active buildingblocks, validation of the Zn diffused doping in the generic platform process, processwindow of the Zn diffusion taking into account Zn diffusion tolerances and layerthicknesses.3. Summary of loss measurements and impact in the performance of passivebuilding blocks.4. Datasets from these measurements to feed the compact models obtained in step1.5.
